Get ready to build, create, and pitch! SoLa’s 3-Day Entrepreneurship Program is a hands-on experience for high school students to learn the fundamentals of business, from idea to execution. Over three afternoons from 5–7 pm, students will develop a business concept, create a prototype using our Material Science Lab, and present their ideas for a chance to win a prize. It’s innovation, creativity, and real-world skills—all packed into three dynamic days.

First, come to Portrait Day + Cyanotype Workshop on Tuesday, July 29th from 4:00 to 6:30 PM at the SoLa Tech Center to shoot portraits and create your own cyanotype prints. Then, don’t miss the Free Community Photowalk in Leimert Park on Tuesday, August 5th from 4:30 to 6:30 PM, where LA-based Black photographers will guide you through capturing the beauty of the community.
